What this site collects

This showcase site collects information only if you send the demo request form. An access request is made in the application itself (“Request a space”). The demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser: what you enter there is neither sent nor saved.

Information in the form

• Demo request: first and last name, email address, department or unit and, if you wish, job title, phone number, plan considered and message.
• The date of your agreement to send the form is also kept.

We advise you never to give a candidate's name in the message.

Why

This information is used only to answer your request. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not passed to third parties for commercial purposes. No automatic email is sent to you.

What this site does not do

• No cookies, no audience measurement or tracking tool, no resource loaded from a third-party site.
• Your IP address is not saved with your request. It is used only, in scrambled form and for one hour, to limit the number of submissions against abuse.

Retention period

To be completed: retention period of requests (for example, deletion at the latest after your exchange with us has ended).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your information, or for its correction or deletion. To be completed: contact address to exercise these rights and applicable law (to be confirmed according to the country of the publisher and the host).
